Cruise terminal parking at Port Tampa Bay
Port Tampa Bay runs its own cruise parking right across from the terminals. Here's what the port officially says, and what you should check before you go.
Official port parking
- Channelside Parking Garage, 810 Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL 33602 — across the street from Cruise Terminal 3. Office: 813-906-1904.
- Additional port parking at 1331 McKay Street (by Terminal 6), available when a ship is in port.
- Prepay online through the Port Tampa Bay cruise parking page.
- Valet upgrade fee: $20 (per the port's parking FAQ).
Daily rate: The port's parking page did not publish a per-day rate when we checked (2026-10-13); rates show at checkout on the prepay site. We'll add the figure once verified.
Accessible & veteran parking
Per Florida Statute 316.1964 and the port's FAQ, parking is free only for vehicles with specialized equipment (ramps, lifts, hand/foot controls), vehicles displaying the Florida Toll Exemption permit, or Florida disabled-veteran plates (veteran must be in the vehicle). A standard disabled placard alone pays posted rates. Bring your Florida driver's license and registration.
Terminal addresses
- Terminal 2: 651 Channelside Dr
- Terminal 3: 815 Channelside Dr
- Terminal 6: 1331 McKay St (the port FAQ also lists 1333 McKay St)
Local tips
- Check the departures table for Lightning home games — the arena shares Channelside Drive with the garage.
- No luggage storage in the terminals; the Florida Aquarium (701 Channelside Dr) stores bags free with a discounted admission ticket, according to the port.
